Are you looking to stay in a serviced apartment in the heart of London’s shopping capital; South Kensington? Staying in a stunning studio, one or two bedroom serviced apartment you’ll be in a very upmarket yet friendly neighbourhood. It’s the perfect location for anyone wanting to stay in South Kensington that’s looking for a serviced apartment.
The apartment is within easy reach of London’s finest shops such as Harrods and Harvey Nichols. There are also restaurants and bars all within close reach of the apartment. The Point West apartment is also just one minute’s walk from Gloucester Road Tube Station to make it really easy to travel.
Nearby places to visit
Whilst you’re staying in the apartment there are some great places to visit which area really close by. Harrods shopping emporium will entice and impress any shopper along with the very fashionable Harvey Nichols. There’s also Knightsbridge and Chelsea shopping area just nearby too.
If you’re not into or interested in the shopping then there’s also Earls Court Exhibition area, Victorian and Albert Museum, National History museum and also Hyde Park. Perfect locations to explore or even escape to if you need somewhere relaxing to visit whilst in your stay.
The Area
Point West apartment is in South Kensington which is very upmarket whilst also maintaining a friendly atmosphere in the area. For shopaholics it’s the perfect location with the most fashionable shops in London just around the corner.
The fully furnished apartments offer space to chill out and relax in or even have friends over. You’ll also be able to stay in comfort and be able to unwind. Accessibility is easy with Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and many of London’s most famous museums just a short walk away. London’s Heathrow Airport is also only 35 minutes away by taxi.
Features of the apartments
The one bedroom apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and will sleep up to three people with an extra foldaway bed. The two bedroom apartments have a double bed in each room and can sleep up to four to five people. Some of the apartments have one bathroom whilst others have two bathrooms. Allocation is subject to availability. Some apartments are also duplex style.
As standard, all of the apartments have the following features. You’ll be able to enjoy a specialist designed custom built fully fitted kitchen with a full collection of crockery, fridge, cooker and more. Please be aware that you will need to provide your own washing up liquid, sponge and also washing machine powder.
Each apartment also has a separate bedroom (apart from the Studios) along with separate bathroom and lounge. You can individually control the heating to your desired and comfortable temperature. You have a telephone in your apartment. There’s a lift to all floors. A video/swipe card reception and main building entrance.
There’s also a cable television for entertainment. A weekly maid service to keep everything clean and tidy. Cots, high chairs and foldaway beds upon request and wireless internet access (additional charge).
Each apartment has a 24 hour concierge, access to David Lloyd Premier Health Club (at an extra cost) with gymnasium, swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and health and beauty treatments. Only available for guests staying for minimum of 3 months. There’s also underground car parking upon request although there is an additional charge with this service.
