Denby Dinnerware Collecting?
My husband and I are contemplating collecting a Denby dinnerware set. I would like to be able to buy the basics to start with and then build up our collection over a period of time.
My question is, how long to the various collections last? What ever set I buy I am going to join the club to get 12 months notice of any discontinuation, but to be honest its going to take more than a year to get together a really good collection lol.
I have the 2010 product guide and quite like the Monsoon collections. Does anyone have any advice when it comes to buying Denby? Any tips? How long does a collection usually last?

I don’t know how long collections last (I have Imperial Blue which seems to keep going). It is always worth checking seconds shops for pieces. Almost all of mine came from a seconds shop and if you search carefully, you can find near perfect items for quite a bit less than the perfect ones. There seem to be quite a few outlet shops around the country. Worth having a look to see what is there. Large department stores that have a Denby section are also worth checking out in the sales.
